A good weekend for Team USA resulted in two gold medals.

Just a week after we witnessed an All-American men's final in the Berlin Grand Slam, Team USA pulled off another stellar performance, placing duos atop the podiums in both the women's and men's tournaments in Stavanger, Norway.

Kerri Walsh Jennings and April Ross defeated Spaniards Liliana Fernandez and Elsa Baquerizo to take the grand slam gold, their third international gold of the year, while Phil Dalhausser and Sean Rosenthal toppled Ricardo Santos and Alvaro Filho of Brazil to take their first FIVB title of the season.

Both American duos won their finals in straight sets, with the losing teams never scoring more than 16 points.

The winning duos will now return to the states to compete in the AVP Milwaukee Open over the Fourth of July weekend.
