This Saturday, take advantage of what might be one of your last opportunities to play ball outdoors, and while you're at it, help raise money for homeless and at-risk youths in the San Diego area. Spike for the Cause is a reverse co-ed 4's grass tournament held at Mandell-Weiss Eastgate City Park in San Diego this Saturday, October 13. A full team registration fee is $140 and individuals can sign up for $40. This fee includes not only a great contribution to San Diego Youth Services various programs, including foster care, shelters, independent living skills training, and many other important programs, but also an event t-shirt, lunch, and a team photo. So bring your A-game and give back while having a great time.
