In addition to the heated play on the court, a sizeable crowd gathered for the post-match jersey retirement ceremony for former USC All-Americans and Olympians Dusty Dvorak and Celso Kalache. Several former Trojans were on hand to celebrate with the honorees including Tim Hovland, Steve Timmons, Bryan Ivie, Tom Duke, Donald Suxho, Bob Yoder, Bill Yardley, Nick Becker, Lawrence Hom, Bill Stetson and former coach Ernie Hix.
