What do I need to be able to read my digital magazine?
All you need is a computer, an Internet browser with the Microsoft Silverlight plug-in, and a connection to the Internet.
What types of computer systems are compatible with the digital edition?
Typically, anyone running a recent Windows or MAC OS X operating system can view magazines in Microsoft Silverlight format. For an up-to-date list of specific system requirements, click here. Microsoft will extend the support for Silverlight on Linux in the near future through a partnership with Novell.
What types of Internet browser are compatible with the digital magazine?
Windows users: Internet Explorer 6 and 7, Firefox1.5 and 2
Macintosh OS X users: Safari and Firefox 1.5 and 2

Microsoft Silverlight is a free cross-browser, cross-platform, and cross-device plug-in for delivering the next generation of .NET media experiences and rich interactive applications for the Web.
Why have I been asked to download a file to my computer?
To view the magazine, you must have the Microsoft Silverlight plug-in installed on your computer. When you first arrive at our digital magazine, we automatically check your system to see if you have the Microsoft Silverlight plug-in installed. If you do not have it, you will be asked if you'd like it installed for you. If the Microsoft Silverlight plug-in has not installed automatically for you, click here to download it.

Can I print a page or pages?
Yes, simply move to the page that you would like to print out and click on the Print button on the navigation tool bar. You will be able to print one or two pages at a time.
Can I email or share pages with friends?
Yes, click on the share button and select how you would like to share the specific page content with a friend. You can email, post the link to the page on your blog, or post to one of many social bookmarking or networking sites.
Can I bookmark my favorite pages?
Yes click on the Bookmarks Tab on the right of the magazine and highlight the page or pages that you want to bookmark. You can bookmark pages from any issues available to you and find them easily by date. Our bookmarks are completely portable so if you are able to access your account from more than one computer all of your bookmarks remain intact.
Can I read the magazinefrom more than one computer?
Yes, you can. Subscribers can access each issue from three computers.
Can I access back/archived issues?
Yes, you can. As soon as you subscribe, you'll have full access to all our digital back issues for as long as you remain a digital subscriber.
